Sehr zentral gelegen, aber überraschend ruhig, da die Wohnung in einer 30-er Zone liegt und es nur wenig Verkehr gibt. Zahlreiche gute Restaurants / Cafés in der Gegend, sowie ein Coop am Stauffacher, der bis 22:00 Uhr offen hat. * **Wohnung:** Modern und möbiliert, sehr gute Schalldämmung, moderne Küche / Bad, Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung vorhanden. \============= English: Due to some travel, I'd like to sublet a furnished 1.5-room apartment, a 10-minute walk from HB: * **Dates**: Oct 26 - Dec 6 (slightly flexible) * **Rent** covers everything incl. internet, electricity, weekly 2 hour cleaning service * **Location**: 2 min away from Stauffacher tram station, 10 min walking to HB. It's a very central area but there's little traffic, so it's surprisingly quiet. Lots of restaurants / cafes nearby, huge Coop at 2 min walking distance open until 10pm. * **About the apartment**: A newly renovated, **furnished** apartment with excellent sound insulation, modern kitchen/bathroom, and washing machine + drier inside the apartment.
