English below Zwei der 4 Zimmer in der Wohnung sind für dich; eines etwas kleiner, das andere grösser. Beide sind sehr hell. Geteilt wird ein Bad mit Badewanne, eine Küche mit guter Kaffeemaschine und Allem, was man so braucht, sowie eine sehr grosse und sonnige Dachterrasse die zum Verweilen (oder Velo-basteln) einlädt. Diese teilen wir sehr unkompliziert mit unseren freundlichen Nachbarinnen und Nachbarn. Zudem haben wir eine Waschküche im Keller, die rund um die Uhr verwendet werden kann. Idealerweise bist Du schon über 30, hast es ebenfalls gerne ordentlich, und bist auch ab und zu für ein Küchentischgespräch zu haben. Ich würde mich über eine Person freuen, welche gerne entspannt und unkompliziert auf Augenhöhe in einer WG lebt - kein Zweck-Zwang, aber alle haben ihren Freiraum. Vorzugsweise suchst Du eine Unterkunft für eine längere Zeit. Zusammenwohnen würdest Du mit mir; männlich, 39 Jahre alt, und bin oft auf dem Fahrrad unterwegs, treffe Freundinnen auf der offenen Rennbahn oder widme mich meinen vielen Pflanzen. Aus dem WG-Party Alter bin ich raus, aber teile gerne eine Flasche Wein oder koche ab und zu etwas vegetarisches. Da ich Phasenweise etwas zu viel Zeit in meinem Beruf in der Wissenschaft verbringe, lese ich Abends oft um mich zu entspannen. Trotzdem bin ich an Wochenenden doch manchmal bis spät unterwegs. We share a bathroom (with a bathtub), a kitchen with a good coffee machine and everything one could need, as well as a very large and sunny rooftop terrace that’s perfect for relaxing (or fixing up your bike). We share the terrace with our friendly neighbors. We also have a laundry machine in the basement that can be used around the clock. Ideally, you’re over 30, you also like to keep things tidy enough, and you’re up for a chat at the kitchen table. I’d be happy to live with someone who enjoys a relaxed, easygoing shared flat on equal footing — happy to occasionally hang out together, while still giving each other plenty of space and freedom. Preferrably you aim to stay longer-term. You'd be living with me, 39 years old and male. I’m often out cycling, meeting friends, or taking care of my many plants. I’m probably past the age of house parties, but I’m always happy to share a bottle of wine or cook something vegetarian from time to time.
