Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich, mit moderner Küche und schöner Aussicht über Zürich. Sie liegt nahe Albisriederplatz, mit sehr guter ÖV-Anbindung sowie vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Zimmer hat ein Bett und ist ansonsten unmöbliert. Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer werden gemeinsam genutzt. Ich bin 34 Jahre alt und arbeite im Marketing. Mir ist ein sauberes und ruhiges Zuhause wichtig und ich suche eine sympathische und rücksichtsvolle Mitbewohnerin. Zunächst wird das Zimmer untervermietet.
