Very nicely located apartment - there is a river nearby, vineyard. Please mind that it is a sublet (!) and that apartment is furnished. So maybe it would be more suitable for someone who is new in the city? Still there is a lot of space (it is 22 m), so it is possible to bring some extra furniture if needed. Both: long-term and short-term sublet possible. It is already available, so could be rent in October. Furniture: double bed, big wardrobe, small cupboard for shoes, table + chairs, office chair, standing lamp, coffee table, sofa, garden sofa. Since it is a studio, please mind it is suitable and allowed for 2 person, eventually a couple. With more people please apply for a bigger flat. A standard deposit is required with the contract.
