You would mainly share the apartment with me, Letizia, 36, a startup founder working in the food and health sector, with a love for yoga, movement and music, as well as with the person renting the other available room. Miguel, 45, lives in a separate room off the staircase, outside the apartment itself. He briefly uses the bathroom, usually twice a day, and otherwise spends most of his time working or with his family. We appreciate a warm, easy-going home atmosphere based on kindness, independence and open, positive communication. We are looking for someone conscious, kind and respectful, who enjoys having a calm and recharging home surrounded by green while also valuing independence and their own rhythm. There are no expectations of shared activities or household duties beyond the cleaning arrangements agreed together.
