Bright two-room space in green Bruderholz, Basel A spacious and bright two-room communicating space is available in a peaceful apartment in Bruderholz, surrounded by trees and gardens. The two rooms are connected through an open doorway, offering plenty of space to create a comfortable sleeping area together with a separate living, working or reading space. It is ideal for someone who appreciates having more than just a bedroom and is looking for a calm, longer-term home. The kitchen, bathroom and beautiful long balcony are shared. The balcony runs along the apartment and looks directly onto the surrounding greenery, making the apartment feel particularly peaceful and open. You would mainly share the apartment with me, Letizia, 36, a startup founder working in the food and health sector, with a love for yoga, movement and music, as well as with the person renting the other available room. Miguel, 45, lives in a separate room off the staircase, outside the apartment itself. He briefly uses the bathroom, usually twice a day, and otherwise spends most of his time working or with his family. We appreciate a warm, easy-going home atmosphere based on kindness, independence and open, positive communication. We are looking for someone conscious, kind and respectful, who enjoys having a calm and recharging home surrounded by green while also valuing independence and their own rhythm. There are no expectations of shared activities or household duties beyond the cleaning arrangements agreed together.
