I'm looking for a replacement to take over my room in a freshly renovated 1-room apartment on the first floor, in the heart of Zurich-Oerlikon. You'd take over 50% of the apartment as a sublet of the existing rental contract, which is held by the other tenant, available by arrangement. The apartment is meant to be a stable two-person flatshare. **Your room:** the smaller of the two bedrooms (see photo). It's cozy, with the wardrobe and a workspace in the adjoining dining area, where there's also room for a desk or your personal items. The wardrobe is modular, so if you prefer, part of it can be moved into the room. **Furniture:** I'd love to hand over my room's furniture, the living-room wardrobe, and the furnishings of the shared areas (which are split 50/50 with the other flatmate) to the new tenant.
